Cape Cobras & Stormers team up to support Fund

The Pick 'n Pay Newland Challenge, which saw the Cape Cobras cricketers and the Stormers rugby squad tackle each other on the cricket field, showed its support for injured rugby players by donating R10,000 to the Players' Fund at the 20/20 style match held at Newlands cricket stadium on Sunday 17 January.

Cricket and rugby fans enjoyed a fun-filled family day in excellent weather, with Cape Town's two PSL soccer teams, Ajax Cape Town and Santos, forming part of the activities during the lunch-time break, thereby bringing together four of the Mother City's big professional sporting teams.
